Jason Patric and Ray Liotta star in this crime thriller written and directed by Joe Carnahan. Undercover narcotics officer Nick Tellis (Patric) is partnered with Detective Henry Oak (Liotta) to investigate the death of Oak's former partner Detective Michael Calvess (Alan van Sprang).
