Triple bill of Danish crime thrillers directed by Nicolas Winding Refn. In 'Pusher' (1996) small-time drug dealer Frank (Kim Bodnia) encounters problems when a deal goes badly wrong and he is left owing a lot of money to some very dangerous people. As he desperately attempts to raise the funds he needs to save his life, he knows that he is running out of time. In the sequel 'Pusher 2' (2004), Frank's former partner Tonny (Mads Mikkelsen) is released from prison and is determined to turn his life around. He discovers that he has a child but his difficult relationship with his father, a notorious gangster known as the Duke (Leif Sylvester), makes it more difficult than he could ever have imagined to change his life. Finally, 'Pusher 3' (2005) follows a day in the life of ageing drug lord Milo (Zlatko Buric). As he attempts to prepare for his daughter's 25th birthday party, he has been clean for five days and is fearful of relapsing. Meanwhile, there is a problem with his latest shipment of heroin which leads to conflict with his ambitious associate Muhammed (Ilyas Agac) and the Albanian gangsters who supply him. Desperate, Milo is forced to turn to his old friend and former henchman Radovan (Slavko Labovic) for help.
