Danish drama in which a former police officer reluctantly takes up new duties as an emergency services operator only to end up on the other end of the line to a dangerous abduction situation. Determined to locate and rescue the victim, Asger (Jakob Cedergren) enlists the help of his colleagues in the police to get on the case as quickly as possible.
