The self-titled set is the artist's first visual album. BEYONCÉ is infused with 14 new songs and 17 visually stunning, provocative videos shot around the world from Houston to New York City to Paris, and Sydney to Rio de Janeiro, all before the album's release. <br/><br/>"I see music," says Beyoncé about her decision to create a visual album. Det är nu hela åtta år sedan Tommy Nilsson senast kom ut med ett studioalbum. Under det senaste året, har han tillsammans med sin producent Johan Glössner, skrivit och producerat albumet Stay Straight On The Current Road. Albumet som spelats in hemma i Tommy Nilssons hus i Färila utanför Järvsö i Hälsingland, och är det första inspelade albumet i hans nybyggda studio där.

Med sitt album "Jag har katten" har Caroline af Ugglas gjort sin egen "Exile On Main Street". Liksom Rolling Stones legendariska dubbel, som spelades in i Keith Richards hyrda villa på Rivieran, är skivan inspelad hemma hos Caroline i Kungsängen utanför Stockholm. - Fast på kortare tid och med renare leverne, säger Caroline och skrattar. Under en dryg vecka bodde alla musiker ute hos Caroline och maken och producenten Heinz Liljedahl. Mellan tio på förmiddagen och två på natten spelade de in. Det fungerade. Resultatet är en nyfiket krängande och svängande CD full av spännande musikaliska infall som Sven Lindvalls tuba, ett svängigt Stones-gung, orientaliskt färgade stråkar eller Jonas Kullhammars tvärflöjt och liksom Stones klassiker har musiken stadiga rötter i röjig rock, smart pop, livsbejakande gospel och sugande soul.<br/><br/>Förutom järngänget - Mattias Torell, gitarr, Sven Lindvall, bas, David Nyström, keyboards och Andreas Dahlbäck, trummor - medverkar Jonas Kullhammar på sax och flöjt och Nils Jansson, trumpet. Erik Arvinder står för snygga stråkarr och Magnus Frykberg har bidragit mede loopar<br/>och extra trummor.

Tyska Masterplan med Roland Grapow (ex. Helloween) i spetsen har några nya ansikten i bandet, sångaren Rick Altzi (At Vance, Thunderstone), basisten Jari Kainulainen (Ex-Stratovarius) och trummisen Martin 'Marthus' Skaroupka (Cradle of Filth). Med 'Novum Initium' går Masterplan tillbaka till sina rötter och det sound som gjorde bandet stora.<br/><br/>Limited digipack med två bonuslåtar.
