Det går inte alltid som planerat... Johnny spelade in en ny skiva, kanske hans bästa sedan sjuttiotalet. Han bad vänner gästa honom och alla kom! Brian Setzer kom, Ben Harper likså,<br/>liksom Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, Dt John, Joe Perry, Leslie West, Billy Gibbons... Turné bokades - allt var frid noch fröjd - men sedan händer det. Rocklivet tog olustigt slut för Johnny 16e juli. Detta var tänkte som den stora comebacken. Nu blev det ett postumt mästerverk.

Five-time Grammy-nominated multi-platinum selling blues/rock guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd has announced the release of his new record Goin' Home, to be released on May 5, 2014 through the Mascot Label Group. The new album is an exploration into the music of Shepherd's biggest influences and features guest performances by some of Shepherd's friends (who also happen to be some of the greatest musicians performing today), including Ringo Starr, Joe Walsh, Warren Haynes, Keb' Mo', Robert Randolph, Kim Wilson (Fabulous Thunderbirds), Pastor Brady Blade, Sr. and the Rebirth Brass Band. <br/> <br/>The album features songs originally recorded by some of Shepherd's heroes such as B.B.
