För 16 år släpptes två mycket hyllade punksamlingar kallade Vägra Raggarna Benzin 1 och 2. Nu är det dags för de avslutande 3 & 4. Denna gång som dubbel-LP, som är späckad med lysande landsortspunk från åren 1978-82. Skivan är sammanställd av Chips Kiesbye och Peter Kagerland och innehåller 46 spår som täcker det mesta från Luleå till Lund, från klassiker till<br/>outgivet. Från Underjordiska Lyxorkestern, Rädsla, Tant Brun, Sporten är död, Brigad 45 B, Dirty Rust till Sune Studs & Grönlandsrockarna m.fl. Allt remastrat och med utförliga liner-notes på samtliga band.

Mod was a peculiarly British movement. It originated in early-Sixties London without spreading significantly to America or Europe, although it did pave the way for the Swinging London scene which fascinated the world. Yet if the influences which created the distinctive Mod look came from a variety of different locations, the music had to be American - and the less mainstream the better. This album reflects that philosophy.
