The Best Of Everything, den första karriär-spännande samlingen med alla Tom Petty hits med The Heartbreakers, hans solo-album och Mudcrutch, ges ut via Geffen. Bland alla hits finns två exklusiva inspelningar som tidigare ej varit utgivna, dels en alternativ version av titelspåret "The Best Of Everything" från albumet Southern Accent med Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers och "For Real". De 38 inspelningar på The Best Of Everything är nyligen remastrade från ursprungliga stereo master-band och digitala filer av Chris Bellman på Bernie Grundman Mastering.

"Ruins" är First Aid Kits fjärde studioalbum och det andra via Sony Music/Columbia Records. Plattan är producerad av Tucker Martine (My Morning Jacket, Laura Veirs), och inspelat i Portland, Oregon där duon samarbetade med och Wilco's Glenn Kotche, och Midlake's McKenzie Smith samt gästades av REM's Peter Buck. <br/><br/>Ruins är uppföljaren till albumet Stay Gold, som släpptes 2014 och som med besked satte First Aid Kit på den musikaliska världskartan. På Internationella kvinnodagen den 8 mars kom singeln "You Are The Problem Here." som är ett rasande ställningstagande mot våldtäktskulturen och där en del av intäkterna går direkt till Women for Women International.

Miriam with her band is paying respect to David Bowie with the album Loving the alien. With influenses of afro-brazilian rhythms, jazz, reggae och swedish melancholy she makes songs from Bowie's vast catalogue orignally recorded between 1969-2016 a Miriam treatment:<br/>Space Oddity, Let ìs Dance, Rebel Rebel, Letters to Hermione, Loving the Alien, 5:15 the Angels have gone, This is not America, Dollar Days, Ashes to Ashes, The Man Who Sold the World and Ziggy Stardust.<br/><br/>It is David Bowies courage to test and explore the norms, and to go beyond these and never compromise, always follow his own beleif and hart that inspired us and take on the challenge to try to make some of his songs our way says Miriam Aïda about the process making Loving the alien.
