Sedan slutet av 70-talet har skånska Wilmer X varit ett band som tagit sin älskade rock och skruvat den, gett den ett extra lager av underfundig finess i såväl text som musik. Bandet har också genom åren visat upp en rejäl bredd för några som anser sig vara så dogmatisk lagda. Från taggtrådsvass punk med gasen i botten till välsnickrade svensktopphits. Från omedelbar pop till bråkig bluesrock. Från den amerikanska södern till svenska folkparker.<br/><br/>De är en urkraft som inte saktat av med åren, utan tvärtom - nu lägger de in femmans växel. Det var sjutton år sedan albumet "13 våningar upp" släpptes - det gick för övrigt rakt in som etta på albumlistan. The longtime Fleetwood Mac keyboardist, songwriter and lead vocalist has also released several well-loved solo albums. Songbird includes tracks from 1984's Christine McVie, featuring contributions by Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Mick Fleetwood, Ray Cooper, and Billy Burnette, produced by Russ Titelman. It also features tracks from 2004's In The Meantime, produced by Ken Caillat, including two unreleased songs from those sessions. <br/>The release culminates with a beautiful new version of McVie's "Songbird" with string accompaniment, which will be the featured track around the release. <br/><br/>The compilation and remastering were overseen by legendary producer, Glyn Johns, who worked together with Christine McVie on the project. <br/>The packaging includes a new Q & A liner note with Christine and noted UK Radio Presenter, Johnnie Walker.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers famously played 20 nights at the legendary Fillmore venue in San Francisco in 1997. 6 of the shows were professionally recorded and this release features many of the high points of the residency. The small venue allowed the band to vary their sets each night; they included re-arranged and distinctive versions of their hits, deep cuts, and many cover versions-paying tribute to the artists that Tom and the band had been influenced by. The 4 CD deluxe edition includes 58 tracks, 35 of which are covers - over 4 hours of music. The 4 CDs are packaged in a box with a 32-page booklet (with previously unseen photographs), 3 custom guitar picks, a replica All Access laminate, and an embroidered patch ("The Fillmore House Band" -a term that was bestowed on The Heartbreakers during the shows at the Fillmore).

Neil Young's fourth solo album remains one of the most beloved in his catalog and is dense with songs that have long-permeated radio waves. The 50th Anniversary Edition Box Sets boasting the original album, three studio outtakes, an unreleased live 1971 BBC solo performance. <br/><br/>The film Harvest Time is a previously unseen 2-hour documentary filmed in 1971, documenting the Harvest sessions. Also included in the package is a hardbound book and fold-out poster. <br/><br/>Fans of the record will receive a new glimpse into Harvest through the two DVDs included in the box set. The first is Harvest Time, an unreleased two-hour film shot during the making of Harvest, with footage from Young's 'Harvest Barn' sessions in Northern California, recording sessions in Nashville and London. The second is a film of the unreleased solo BBC Concert recorded on February 23, 1971. Also included are three outtakes tracks from the original Harvest sessions: "Bad Fog of Loneliness," "Journey Through The Past," and "Dance Dance Dance." Additionally, the hardbound book will include never-before-seen photos along with extensive liner notes by photographer Joel Bernstein.
