TRACKS II: THE LOST ALBUMS are seven unheard Bruce Springsteen records made between 1983-2018.<br/> <br/>Featuring 82 previously unreleased songs, The Lost Albums fill in chapters of Springsteen's expansive career timeline, while offering invaluable insight into his life and work as an artist. "The Lost Albums were full records, some of them even to the point of being mixed and not released," said Springsteen. "I've played this music to myself and often close friends for years now. I'm glad you'll get a chance to finally hear them. I hope you enjoy them." <br/> <br/>From the lo-fi exploration of LA Garage Sessions '83, serving as a crucial link between Nebraska and Born in the U.S.A., to the drum loop and synthesizer sounds of Streets of Philadelphia Sessions, The Lost Albums offer unprecedented context to 35 prolific years of Springsteen's songwriting and home recording. "The ability to record at home whenever I wanted allowed me to go into a wide variety of different musical directions," Springsteen explained. Throughout the set, that sonic experimentation takes the form of film soundtrack work (for a movie that was never made) on Faithless, country combos with pedal steel on Somewhere North of Nashville, richly woven border tales on Inyo, orchestra-driven, mid-century noir on Twilight Hours and E Street favored rock on Perfect World.<br/> <br/>The Lost Albums are available in limited-edition nine-LP format, including original packaging for each previously unreleased record, with a 100-page cloth-bound, hardcover book featurimng rare archival photos, liner notes on each lost album from essayist Erik Flannigan and a personal introduction on the project from Springsteen himself.

In 1976 the seminal line-up of Motorhead was solidified a year after the band's initial inception. The 'three amigos' era of Motorhead; Lemmy (bass/vocals), Fast Eddie Clarke (guitar) and Phil 'Philthy Animal' Taylor joined forces and began their extraordinary journey to the top of the hard rock elite. <br/> <br/>In August 1976 the band set up at Emerson, Lake & Palmer's legendary Manticore Studio in Fulham to rehearse and showcase the new lineup. While they were there they recorded together for the very first time and now 49 years later, the long lost tape has been discovered, dusted off and restored in all it's raw glory, to celebrate the bands 50th anniversary.<br/><br/>Additionally the deluxe bookpack comes with an extra bonus LP - the classic bonus Live: Blitzkrieg on Birmingham '77 as well as a bonus 7" featuring two previously unreleased tracks live at Barbarellas Birmingham in 1977. Completely decked out with his touring light show and stage setup in The Mothers' private rehearsal hall, Frank Zappa attempted to commit to videotape material for his own TV production, ultimately with the intention to shop to major networks. Unfortunately, there were technical issues that ultimately contributed to the footage being shelved and stored in the Vault.<br/> <br/>50 years later, with the advancements in post-production editorial tools, we present Cheaper Than Cheep. This never-before-heard-or-seen 2-hour concert program reveals the most intimate performance ever captured from the 1974 Mothers line-up, direct from the lovingly resurrected and restored original vault audio and videotape masters. <br/> <br/> <br/>Official Zappa release #130's stand-alone soundtrack configuration comes as 3-LPs on 180-gram black vinyl accompanied by an extensive booklet with rare, unseen images and liner notes from Ruth Underwood and Joe Travers.<br/> <br/>In 1974, Zappa recorded a TV concert movie in his private rehearsal hall, but there were tech issues that caused the video to be shelved in the Vault for 50 years.<br/> <br/>Now with advanced post-production, we present Cheaper Than Cheep revealing the newly restored original vault audio masters. <br/> <br/>This stand-alone soundtrack configuration comes as 3-LP 180-gram black vinyl accompanied by an extensive booklet with rare, unseen images and liner notes from Ruth Underwood and Joe Travers.

Swans return with Birthing, the latest album, developed over the course of a yearlong 2023-2024 tour. <br/>Birthing is released via Mute and Young God Records. The initial pressings of the deluxe vinyl and CD include a bonus DVD featuring Swans Live 2024 (Rope) The Beggar, a concert film by Marco Porsia documenting the band's most recent US tour. The DVD also includes I Wonder If I'm Singing What You're Thinking Me To Sing, a documentary by Christopher Nicholson following Michael Gira's 2022 solo tour.
