In 'Ju-On: The Curse' (2000), school teacher Shunsuke Kobayashi (Yûrei Yanagi) makes a house call to check on his student Toshio Saeki (Ryota Koyama) after his repeated absences from school. In doing so he uncovers the horrific murder of Toshio's mother Kayako (Takako Fuji) within the Saeki household, a murder so violent that it induced a curse upon the house and all who enter it. In 'Ju-On: The Curse 2' (2000), which retells certain stories of the first film, a new family living in the house become afflicted with the curse. At the same time Tatsuya Suzuki (Makoto Ashikawa), a real estate agent, employs his psychic sister Kyoko (Yuko Daike) to help investigate the house, but in doing so they unwittingly bring the curse back to their family. In 'Ju-On: The Grudge' (2002), social worker Rika Nishina (Megumi Okina) is tasked with looking after the elderly Sachie Tokunaga (Chikako Isomura), who lives with her family at the cursed house. While there, Rika is shocked to find a young boy named Toshio (Yuya Ozeki) shortly before she witnesses Sachie's death, seemingly caused by a ghost. The following police investigation brings more people to the cursed house, allowing it to spread further than ever before. In 'Ju-On: The Grudge 2' (2003) Kyoko Harase (Noriko Sakai) is invited to join a TV production investigating rumours about the cursed household, and though they experience little in the way of paranormal events while filming, the team soon experiences their own horrors after being subjected to the curse. In 'Ju-On: Black Ghost' (2009), after school girl Fukie (Hana Matsumoto) is rushed to hospital following a collapse, she exhibits strange behaviour and is placed under supervision. When it is revealed that Fukie's behaviour is due to a strange cyst that may be the physical remnant of a merged twin, attempts to deal with the cyst soon unleash an evil spirit intent on revenge. Finally, in 'Ju-On: White Ghost' (2009), Atsushi Isobe (Tsuyoshi Muro) becomes possessed after moving to a new house, causing him to kill his entire family before hanging himself in the nearby forest. As he is dying, Atsushi records his final words onto a cassette, turning it into a cursed object that kills anyone who listens to it.<br/><br/><i>Typ: Blu-ray / Box Set</i>

In 'Female Prisoner #701 - Scorpion' (1972) Matsu (Kaji), better known as Scorpion, lands in prison thanks to the evil manipulations of an ex-boyfriend. After suffering at the hands of the jailers and other prisoners, she must find a way to escape in order to get her revenge. In 'Female Prisoner #701 - Scorpion: Jailhouse 41' (1972) Matsu exacts a grim revenge on the male wardens at the prison. No male appendage is secure as she stalks the wings in a razor-frenzy. After enduring further brutal punishment, Matsu forms a new plan to escape, this time with the help of six fellow inmates. 'Female Prisoner #701 - Scorpion: Beast Stable' (1973) follows an escaped Matsu as she attempts to outrun her pursuers. After taking refuge in the home of a prostitute, things become difficult when she finds trouble with a local gang. Finally, in 'Female Prisoner Scorpion #701's Grudge Song' (1973) Matsu attempts to get revenge on a corrupt detective. In 'House' (1986), Vietnam veteran Roger Cobb (William Katt) decides to move into his aunt's old Victorian mansion in an attempt to find his son, who went missing there sometime before. The creepy building once bore witness to his aunt's suicide, and now, as Roger attempts to unravel its mysteries, he becomes tormented by the sinister presence which lurks within. 'House II - The Second Story' (1987) follows young couple Jesse (Arye Gross) and Kate (Lar Park Lincoln) as they move into the old house where Jesse's parents had been murdered 20 years earlier. While searching through his family's old belongings in the basement, Jesse finds a coffin containing the body of his great-great-grandfather, who has been kept alive by the magical properties of an ancient Aztec crystal skull. When the skull is then stolen, Jesse and his friends must battle with a number of evil forces to try and get it back. In 'House III - The Horror Show' (1989), Detective Lucas McCarthy (Lance Henriksen) sends notorious criminal Max Jenke (Brion James) to the electric chair. However, despite his execution, Jenke still manages to torment Detective McCarthy and his family from beyond the grave. Finally, in 'House IV - The Repossession' (1992), following the death of Roger Cobb in a car accident, his wife and daughter decide to keep his family's haunted old mansion. In 'F***ing Åmål' (1998) schoolgirl Agnes (Rebecca Liljeberg) has a crush on her classmate Elin (Alexandra Dahlström). While Agnes is shy and withdrawn, Elin hangs out with the popular crowd at school, and the chance that she might reciprocate Agnes' feelings seems remote. However, when a boring night in their small home town of Åmål throws the two of them together, they discover a mutual wish to escape their confines. After attempting to hitchhike to Stockholm, the two girls eventually kiss. Agnes is excited that Elin has finally noticed her, but will Elin be able to overcome her discomfort at the thought of loving another girl? 'Together' (2000) is a culture-clash comedy set in 1975 and follows bourgeois mother of two Elisabeth (Lisa Lindgren), who has tired of her husband Rolf's abusive and drunken behaviour. She moves out with her two children to stay with her brother Goran (Gustav Hammarsten) who lives in a hippy commune. The move proves challenging to everyone in the commune as Elisabeth's materialistic lifestyle conflicts with the idealism of the other inhabitants. 'Lilya 4-Ever' (2002) is a controversial drama about a young girl abandoned by her family. Living in the poverty-stricken former Soviet Union, Lilya (Oksana Akinshina) descends into a spiral of drink, drugs and prostitution, befriending suicidal teenagers and falling further into a dark and dangerous world. When she meets a man who promises to take her to a better life in Sweden, it's the beginning of an even more harrowing journey into degradation. 'A Hole in My Heart' (2004) is Moodysson's critique of a morally bankrupt and materialistic society. Eric (Bjorn Almroth) and his father Rickard (Thorsten Flinck), live in a run-down apartment in a seedy Stockholm neighbourhood. Eric is shy and withdrawn, but becomes increasingly involved in his father's business of amateur pornography. With his friend Geko (Goran Marjanovic), Rickard begins shooting a home-made pornographic film with actress Tess (Sanna Bråding). As the shoot continues, the participants become less inhibited and more violent, until the apathetic Eric is forced to intervene. In the experimental 'Container' (2006) Jena Malone voices a languid, stream-of-consciousness narrative over grainy black and white footage of a man carrying a woman on his back through a landscape full of rubbish. 'Mammoth' (2009) follows successful couple Leo (Gael Garcia Bernal) and Ellen (Michelle Williams) who lead busy lives and have little time to spend with their young daughter, Jackie (Sophie Nyweide), who is cared for by her Filipino nanny, Gloria (Marife Necesito). When Leo goes to Thailand to do a business deal, Ellen becomes envious of Gloria because of her closeness to Jackie. However, Gloria's own children miss her and soon a tragedy sees her return to her home in Manila. Meanwhile, Leo becomes involved with a working mother while in Thailand, and his actions have a dramatic effect on all those involved. Finally, 'We Are the Best!' (2013) explores the lives of three young girls in Sweden in 1982. Bobo (Mira Barkhammar), Klara (Mira Grosin) and Hedvig (Liv LeMoyne) are bored of the '80s pop music that is sweeping the nation and decide to rebel and form a punk band. In 'Ring' (1998), fear spreads among the students of a local high school when the news circulates of a mysterious videotape which brings death to those who watch it. TV reporter Reiko (Nanako Matsushima) sets out to investigate, finds a copy of the tape in a deserted cabin and falls victim to its deadly curse. With only one week left to live, her only hope is to uncover the story behind the tape, to find out where it came from and why it wields such terrible powers. In 'Ring 2' (1999) journalist Mai Takano (Miki Nakatani) begins her own investigation into the mysterious haunted videotape which kills all those who see it. Along the way she discovers that Youichi (Takashi Yamamura), the son of a victim, has begun to develop many of the same supernatural powers that the vengeful Sadako (Rie Ino'o) had when she was still alive. Now Mai must do her best to protect both herself and Youichi from the undead Sadako as the tape's curse continues to exert its terrifying power. In 'Ring 0' (2000), the final part of the trilogy and a prequel to the original film, it's the 1950s and Sadako (Yukie Nakama), the evil spirit that wreaks havoc in the later stories, is a young, aspiring actress around whom strange things happen. Under suspicion from her peers she eventually takes part in a paranormal demonstration in front of the media.
