In 'Female Prisoner #701 - Scorpion' (1972) Matsu (Kaji), better known as Scorpion, lands in prison thanks to the evil manipulations of an ex-boyfriend. After suffering at the hands of the jailers and other prisoners, she must find a way to escape in order to get her revenge. In 'Female Prisoner #701 - Scorpion: Jailhouse 41' (1972) Matsu exacts a grim revenge on the male wardens at the prison. No male appendage is secure as she stalks the wings in a razor-frenzy. After enduring further brutal punishment, Matsu forms a new plan to escape, this time with the help of six fellow inmates. 'Female Prisoner #701 - Scorpion: Beast Stable' (1973) follows an escaped Matsu as she attempts to outrun her pursuers. After taking refuge in the home of a prostitute, things become difficult when she finds trouble with a local gang. Finally, in 'Female Prisoner Scorpion #701's Grudge Song' (1973) Matsu attempts to get revenge on a corrupt detective. In 'F***ing Åmål' (1998) schoolgirl Agnes (Rebecca Liljeberg) has a crush on her classmate Elin (Alexandra Dahlström). While Agnes is shy and withdrawn, Elin hangs out with the popular crowd at school, and the chance that she might reciprocate Agnes' feelings seems remote. However, when a boring night in their small home town of Åmål throws the two of them together, they discover a mutual wish to escape their confines. After attempting to hitchhike to Stockholm, the two girls eventually kiss. Agnes is excited that Elin has finally noticed her, but will Elin be able to overcome her discomfort at the thought of loving another girl? 'Together' (2000) is a culture-clash comedy set in 1975 and follows bourgeois mother of two Elisabeth (Lisa Lindgren), who has tired of her husband Rolf's abusive and drunken behaviour. She moves out with her two children to stay with her brother Goran (Gustav Hammarsten) who lives in a hippy commune. The move proves challenging to everyone in the commune as Elisabeth's materialistic lifestyle conflicts with the idealism of the other inhabitants. 'Lilya 4-Ever' (2002) is a controversial drama about a young girl abandoned by her family. Living in the poverty-stricken former Soviet Union, Lilya (Oksana Akinshina) descends into a spiral of drink, drugs and prostitution, befriending suicidal teenagers and falling further into a dark and dangerous world. When she meets a man who promises to take her to a better life in Sweden, it's the beginning of an even more harrowing journey into degradation. 'A Hole in My Heart' (2004) is Moodysson's critique of a morally bankrupt and materialistic society. Eric (Bjorn Almroth) and his father Rickard (Thorsten Flinck), live in a run-down apartment in a seedy Stockholm neighbourhood. Eric is shy and withdrawn, but becomes increasingly involved in his father's business of amateur pornography. With his friend Geko (Goran Marjanovic), Rickard begins shooting a home-made pornographic film with actress Tess (Sanna Bråding). As the shoot continues, the participants become less inhibited and more violent, until the apathetic Eric is forced to intervene. In the experimental 'Container' (2006) Jena Malone voices a languid, stream-of-consciousness narrative over grainy black and white footage of a man carrying a woman on his back through a landscape full of rubbish. 'Mammoth' (2009) follows successful couple Leo (Gael Garcia Bernal) and Ellen (Michelle Williams) who lead busy lives and have little time to spend with their young daughter, Jackie (Sophie Nyweide), who is cared for by her Filipino nanny, Gloria (Marife Necesito). When Leo goes to Thailand to do a business deal, Ellen becomes envious of Gloria because of her closeness to Jackie. However, Gloria's own children miss her and soon a tragedy sees her return to her home in Manila. Meanwhile, Leo becomes involved with a working mother while in Thailand, and his actions have a dramatic effect on all those involved. Finally, 'We Are the Best!' (2013) explores the lives of three young girls in Sweden in 1982. Bobo (Mira Barkhammar), Klara (Mira Grosin) and Hedvig (Liv LeMoyne) are bored of the '80s pop music that is sweeping the nation and decide to rebel and form a punk band. 'Ride the Pink Horse' (1947) sees WWII veteran Lucky Gagin (Robert Montgomery) travel to a remote town in New Mexico in search of mobster Frank Hugo (Fred Clark). Hugo killed his best friend and now Gagin wants revenge, but FBI agent Bill Retz (Art Smith) is also hunting Hugo and soon, the situation escalates beyond Gagin's control. In 'Outside the Law' (1956), ex-con Johnny (Ray Danton) is given a chance at redemption when he is sent undercover to infiltrate a dangerous counterfeiting operation that cost Johnny's friend his life. However, if he is to succeed, he will have to work with the cop who sent him to jail: his father. Finally, 'The Female Animal' (1958) finds movie star Vanessa Windsor (Hedy Lamarr) falling for extra Chris Farley (George Nader) after meeting him on set. In 'Child's Play' (1988) Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent) is given a 'Good Guy' doll called Chucky for his birthday. Unfortunately, Chucky is possessed by the spirit of psychopathic serial killer Charles Lee Ray (voice of Brad Dourif) who was killed by Andy's father, a policeman. When Chucky embarks on a gruesome killing spree, all of the evidence points to Andy. In 'Child's Play 2' (1990) Chucky's manufacturers reconstruct the doll in a bid to dispel the negative publicity surrounding it. Of course, the newly-assembled Chucky wastes no time in tracking down Andy and starts causing havoc once again. 'Child's Play 3' (1991) sees the Play Pals Toy Company resume the manufacture of their previously problematic line of 'Good Guy' dolls. This gives the evil Chucky the chance to return one more time and attempt to get his revenge on his old enemy Andy (Justin Whalin). However, Andy is now in military school and has learned a few new tricks to aid him in his battle against the evil doll. In 'Bride of Chucky' (1998) Chucky is reanimated by Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly), the ex-girlfriend of Charles Lee Ray. When Tiffany is electrocuted, Chucky arranges for her spirit to be transferred into a female doll. In 'Seed of Chucky' (2004) Chucky and Tiffany are resurrected by their son Glen (voice of Billy Boyd), who wants to get to know his parents, and they discover that there a plans underway in Hollywood to make a movie about Chucky's murderous legacy. 'Curse of Chucky' (2013) sees Nica (Fiona Dourif) and her older sister Barb (Danielle Bisutti) lock horns over the estate of their recently deceased mother while Barb's young daughter seeks solace with a 'Good Guy' doll named Chucky that has mysteriously arrived in the post. When the family falls victim to a series of brutal slayings, Nica begins to suspect that there may be a link to the doll who, unbeknown to her, has a score to settle and murder on his mind. In 'Cult of Chucky' (2017) Nica is locked up in a psychiatric hospital after being convicted of killing her family. Adamant that she is innocent and that the murders were committed by Chucky, Nica is horrified when her psychiatrist brings her a similar doll in an attempt to help her get over her fears. When a new wave of murders then take place at the hospital, Chucky's original victim Andy (Vincent) arrives to help Nica fight back. Finally, the documentary 'Living With Chucky' (2022) is also included. In 'Terminal Exposure' (1987), when two beach photographers accidentally capture a murder on camera, they decide to travel to Los Angeles and find the woman who they believe committed the crime. 'Glitch!' (1988) follows two thieves who plan to rob the home of a wealthy movie producer while he is away. When they realise that by posing as film producers, they will have access to Hollywood actresses looking for work, they host a party at the mansion. However, the real homeowner owes some dangerous people a lot of money and they've decided it's time to collect... 'Ninja Academy' (1989) follows an eclectic group of people attending the ninja dojo run by Chiba (Gerald Okamura), which is engaged in a struggle for supremacy with another ninja academy in Beverly Hills.
